Accounts Payable/Bill Paying – Currently we have both business and individual clients that just don’t want to bother with writing their own checks. We can do it for you. With accurate tracking of prior payments we can be sure that no bill is overpaid causing unnecessary reduction of funds from your bank account.
Bank Reconciliation – There is nothing like knowing your actual available funds. Whether you want training on how to keep your bank accounts reconciled or would like us to reconcile for you, we can assist. The benefits of reconciling all your checking, savings, line of credit and credit card accounts are invaluable in your everyday cash flow projections.

Financial Statements – By maintaining your company or personal financial information we can provide you with the management reports to help you succeed. All reports can be customized to meet your requirements to most benefit you.
Payroll – As a partner with Paychex® we can provide you with the confidence of a large nationwide payroll service, as well as the personal one-on-one service that you would appreciate. This includes accurate payroll, direct deposit, tax filing and reporting. We also have the resources to provide you with additional Human Resource requirements such as Health Insurance, 401(k), Life Insurance, and more. (see Resources).
Sales Tax Reporting – Reporting accurate and timely sales tax will avoid penalties and interest. If you are required to pay a monthly pre-payment and/or file quarterly or annually we can keep you with compliance.
Tax Information Compilation – When we handle all your business and/or personal financial information throughout the year, we can easily compile your tax information to be able to hand over to your tax preparer. Doing so should certainly save you needless expenses by taking a ‘shoe box’ to your tax preparer.
Write-Up Services – Provide us with all your bank statements, check registers, and sales journals and we will produce the financial reports required to evaluate your business. Or we can restore your QuickBooks® data file and review your data in order to prepare the necessary reports for you.
